Cardio is your heart , the most important part of your body. Cardiovascular health is the health of the heart and blood vessels. It also relates to the health of organs that are critically dependent on a strong blood supply. Something's you can do to improve your cardiovascular health is go to doctor appointments regularly, quit smoking, eat healthy, and be active. If you don't take care of your cardio you could be in danger and you can have a heart attack.
It should take about 20 minutes of exercising or playing a sport to work out your heart. It is important to work out your heart because it lowers your risk of heart disease. Exercising for 20 minutes or more everyday can help you lose weight, improve your cholesterol, and even lower your blood pressure, but most importantly to help your heart. Many people know that monitoring their heart rate during exercise helps them determine how hard they are working. Others know that exercising at an intensity that keeps their heart rate in a specific range will result in a training effect. Activities that work out your heart are soccer, swimming, jogging, speed walking, running and etc.
I can help with cardio by motivating people to work out, exercise, and telling the the causes of cardio. I can live a healthier life buy playing soccer once again and eating healthier no more chips and soda. For my memorial weekend I'm going to Palm Springs with my family, the hotel we go to has a pool so I am going to swim to work out my heart. My family likes going to Griffith park to hike so that is another thing I'm going to do to work out my heart.
